The Avenue Verte London-Paris

The « Avenue Verte » London-Paris is a bike road going from Paris to London. It is 470 km (292 miles) of bike road well marked.
The bike road in green on the map are witout car, so it fit well for the beginners, the family but also for the rollerblade and people with reduced mobility.
The Avenue Verte, also called Trans’Oise in the department of Oise, will give you the opportunity to admire wonderful landscapes.
From Beauvais, you will discover the cathedrale Saint-Pierre (master piece of gothic architecture), an amusement park in Saint Paul, pond, field and pasture with different colours.
When you will arrive in Lachapelle-aux-Pots, there is a lot of shadow during the bike road to rest a little bit.
In Saint-Germer-de-Fly, leave the road bike to go in the village and visit the magnificient abbatial church and « Sainte chapelle ».
